We are proud to recognize some truly exceptional individuals and organizations that help make our community stronger every day.

  • Ashley Baker – Recipient of the Loretta Ian Award! Ashley’s long-time service as an advocate and board member has been nothing short of inspiring. Her unwavering commitment and passion for our mission have played a vital role in shaping the work we do at United Way of Winneshiek County.
  • Decorah Bank & Trust – The well-deserved winner of the Doyle and Margery Gordon Award for Outstanding Community Business. Their consistent support and partnership are essential to helping us continue our work to improve lives in our community.
  • Pete Vogel – Honored with the Distinguished Volunteer Award for his incredible, long-term dedication and service as both a volunteer and board member for United Way of Winneshiek County. Pete’s selflessness and commitment have been crucial to our mission, and we are deeply grateful for all his contributions.

It is community partners and volunteers like these that make everything we do possible. Without their support, United Way of Winneshiek County could not fulfill our mission of creating lasting change. Thank you for your selflessness, dedication, and passion!
