Who Are Our Board Members

  • Volunteer Leaders: Our volunteer members come from a variety of backgrounds, professions, and walks of life, yet they share a common goal: to make Winneshiek County a better place for all. Their dedication to improving our community helps guide United Way’s strategic direction, funding priorities, and programmatic decisions.
  • Agency Representatives: The board also includes representatives from local agencies who play an active role in helping us better understand the needs of those we serve. These agency leaders bring firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing our neighbors and help ensure our funding decisions are aligned with the most urgent needs in the county.
  • A Shared Commitment to Our Community: Our Board of Directors is united by the belief that together, we are stronger.
