Jane Storlie lives just across the border with her two children, who keep her busy with sports and various activities. Outside of family life, she enjoys canoeing, summer campfires, and road trips with her kids. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, Jane thrives on learning new things and meeting new people.

Currently, Jane works as the Administrative Assistant for Helping Services for Youth and Families, where she plays a key role in organizing their popular Holiday Lights event, which runs from Thanksgiving through Christmas. “It’s such a fun family event, and I’m proud to be a part of it!” she says.

Jane first joined United Way of Winneshiek County as an agency representative, then became a board member, and now serves as the board secretary. One of her favorite aspects of being part of United Way is the friendly and supportive environment. “It’s a great way to meet new people, learn what local agencies do, and network in the community.”

With state and federal grants being cut, Jane values the support United Way provides. “The funding from United Way helps supplement lost grants, empowering our team to know we have the support of our local community!”
