Judy Mowry has dedicated her life to serving others, and her role with United Way of Winneshiek County is no exception. Now retired from a career in retail customer service, she remains deeply engaged in the community. Her extensive service includes roles on the church council, ISU council, school board, RSVP advisory council, and multiple committees, along with volunteering at local schools and the food pantry.

As an agency representative on the United Way board, Judy is passionate about giving back. “Supporting nonprofit organizations and helping them thrive is so important,” she says. Her dedication ensures that vital resources reach those in need, strengthening the entire community.
